One pass allows two phone numbers to request rides for your group. Choose the day pass that matches your stay. Upon your first ride request, your pass will be activated and offer unlimited rides during operating hours within the resort for the duration of your pass.
Transportation passes may be refunded prior to activation or use. Once a pass has been activated or transportation services have been used, refunds are generally not available.
Refund requests related to operational interruptions, extended service suspensions, or billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not generally issued due to weather conditions unless SunLine Shuttle suspends operations for a significant portion of the active pass period.
As an owner, all rides requested through the phone number you have registered with security will be given free of charge. If you would like to register your guests in advance, choose either a custom guest pass or our monthly pass. After purchase, email support@sunlineshuttle.com with your guests' phone numbers so we can register them for ride requests.
You will receive confirmation that renters and guests are set up.
In addition, your renters/guests will get a welcome text and instructions on what they need to do to ride.
