How ride notifications and live tracking work for Sunline Shuttle.
Ride tracking is powered by SlyTrac, which generates a unique link for each trip - letting you see your driver's live location and estimated arrival time right in your text messages.
SMS notifications are sent automatically at two moments: when your ride is booked and confirmed, and again when your driver is almost there.

To receive ride updates and transportation notifications, text JOIN to (850) 808-7959 or submit a ride request by text.
By texting JOIN, submitting a ride request, or otherwise contacting Sunline Shuttle regarding transportation services, you consent to receive operational text messages related to your transportation service.
